With over 18 years’ experience across organisational development, learning and development and HR, I bring deep expertise in leadership and team development, coaching, culture and engagement work. I have worked across many sectors including healthcare, research and innovation, government, education and utilities.

What brings me the most joy is creating spaces where people feel safe enough to think deeply, explore openly and grow in meaningful ways. I love witnessing the moment when a leader sees something differently or when a team reconnects and realigns through honest conversation and shared insight. I am energised by guiding people into deeper thinking, helping them step back from the noise, make sense of complexity and uncover new possibilities. Those moments when someone feels understood, when clarity emerges, and when people stretch and grow with confidence are the moments that remind me why I do this work.

Approaches aligned with Gestalt theory would be something I bring into my work as well as brain based design and facilitation. I also align my coaching approach with the International Coaching Federation competencies and ethics.
