The challenge
A leading Australian telco, Telstra, wanted to develop integrated leadership programs at all levels of leadership in their organisation, including an "Emerging Leader Program (ELP)" for those about to enter a leadership role, a "Business Leader program (BLP)" for team leaders and senior team leaders, and a "Telstra Leader program (TLP)" for enterprise leaders.
The solution
These integrated leadership programs at Telstra were meticulously designed to foster a singularly focused organisational transformation. They harnessed the power of a diverse range of tools and techniques, including facilitated workshops, virtual coaching, leadership simulations, digital learning elements (video, audio, e-learning and v-actors), and virtual learning platforms (iPads in simulations).
The Impact
