The solution
The coaching journey assimilated inputs from leadership development workshops, 360 debriefs, development plans, and manager meetings, working with participants to ensure maximum individual and organisational impact. The way LIW coaches work honours the expertise and unique experience of the people they are working with. Our coaches act as guides, accompanying the participants as they explore new ideas, experiment with new practices to apply their learning, and create new insights. The coaches are brilliant at drawing out the best thinking through conversation and challenging leaders to consider alternative perspectives and commit to action.
The Impact
All participants have high-quality development plans in place, built from their leadership circle feedback and focusing on behaviours that align with their leadership purpose and career direction. In addition, two senior leaders have been moved into acting promotions at a more senior level.
