Research shows that coaching and feedback both have the potential to improve performance if applied with skill. In this short program, your leaders will learn the skills to support and challenge others to do their best thinking, be accountable and develop their ability to contribute more fully to the outcomes of the business.
Coaching and feedback development can be delivered face to face or virtually, with options of half day, full day and two day programs.
Program outcomes
- Select the most appropriate leadership style for each individual and situation so that you can achieve the intended outcome whilst maintaining relationships.
- Regularly give feedback on positive performance so that others understand what good looks like and feel recognised for their contributions.
- Receive feedback (both positive and negative) with an intent to learn so that you can role model leadership to others.
- Coach others to resolve the challenges they face so that they take ownership and are able to face similar challenges independently in the future.
- Give timely and constructive feedback on poor performance and behaviour so that others have clarity on performance expectations and practical actions they can take to improve their performance or behaviour.
