Our Approach

To deliver a high impact solution, our 1:1 executive coaching goes through several stages:

Confirm the brief: The starting point is a conversation to really understand what the coachee needs, what do they want to achieve and why? And what will be the clear measures of success.  

Coach selection: Based on the brief we will offer a selection of coaches that we feel are a fit for the coachee to select.

Chemistry check: We appreciate the importance of connection between coach and coachee so we will always provide space for the coachee to meet the coach to ensure there is a strong “fit”, the choice of coach remains with the coachee, with alternatives provided if required.

Coaching sessions: Typically working over a series of 6 or more 90-minute engagements, the coaching conversation, structure and cadence will reflect the needs of the individual. Where relevant and helpful, the coach will draw upon tools and frameworks to help the coachee in their sense making and simplifying the inevitable complexity that exists in their role. Diagnostic tools will be integrated as agreed.

Coaching review: Reflecting on progress made against the defined measures at the start and identifying what's next for the coachee as they move forward.
